The room was clean but very outdated.

The hotel was immaculate, and the staff were

very friendly and accommodating. The convenient location made getting around easy, though the noise from nearby events could be disruptive at times. Overall, a pleasant stay with clean facilities, but consider bringing earplugs if you're sensitive to sound.

We had a fantastic stay where the kids loved the indoor pool, and we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with a great view while sipping our coffee. The hotel also has a hot tub and comfy sun loungers by the pool that were perfect for unwinding. It was a bit concerning to pay a deposit I wasn't prepared for, but it didn't ruin our overall wonderful experience! 😊

my stay was quite enjoyable, especially since i previously stayed in sherbrooke and found le president exceeded my expectations. the queen room with two queen beds was spacious, clean, and perfect for my family. the indoor pool kept the kids entertained and was a fantastic way to unwind after a busy day.

the continental breakfast was quite limited.

Had a great time with friends! We loved visiting Jacques-Cartier Park for some hiking and Karting Orford for a fun day of racing. The beds were comfortable, making our stay even better. Just a heads up, the hot tub was under maintenance, so check before you go.

One downside was that when we wanted to use the hot tub, we were told it was out of order, but it was being used when we left, which was frustrating.
